On March 14, 2023, PTTEP led by CEO and SSG signed an MOU on climate-change operations and biodiversity conservation with the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP), represented by Mr. Phirun Saiyasitpanich, Secretary General of ONEP, and Mr. Jirawat Ratisoonthorn, Deputy Secretary General of ONEP. The MOU aims to support and drive actions to address climate change, and contribute to Thailand’s goal to become carbon-neutral as well as a low-carbon society, and to promote the conservation of natural resources and biodiversity. The signing ceremony took place at Event Hall on the 35 th floor of Energy Complex Building A.
The cooperation between PTTEP and ONEP will lead to systematic and tangible joint operations by the private and government sectors to restore social and environmental balance in support of Thailand’s sustainability goals.
